How we operate

Jesus Christ is our head and our ultimate spiritual authority. We are not under the authority of any other structure or person whether that be governmental, denominational or any other ministry. We are led by Jesus Christ, the Word of God, the Holy Spirit, and the counsel of our trusted brothers and sisters, in Christ.

The model that we follow is based on the Book of Acts together with the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Apostles. We do this at the feet of Jesus, in partnership with the Holy Spirit, and with His Word as our guide.

We gather, in person, under the Headship of Jesus Christ and in submission to the Word of God. We meet in homes with a focus on aligning with our spiritual completeness in Jesus Christ (transformation by the renewing of our minds!). We live this transformation out by interacting with the public in local settings and making ourselves available to do what Jesus told us to do.

As disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, we support and encourage each other on this journey. We edify, exhort, and comfort one another. We strive to create an atmosphere that will continually build up those around us and attract all those we meet to the good news of Jesus Christ.

As believers in the full gospel of Jesus Christ, we encourage the Holy Spirit inspired development and operation of the ministry gifts. We encourage the operation of the spiritual gifts for both personal edification and building up the body of Christ. We have the expectation that, as Jesus stated, any of us can be used to glorify God through signs, miracles, and wonders.

As the body of Christ, we are all encouraged to submit to the Headship of Jesus Christ and not man, or man’s structures. In our gatherings, we protect ourselves from false teachings by submitting to the Word of God, the Holy Spirit, and the wisdom of trusted servant/steward leaders within the body of Christ.

We operate with God's authority

We have the expectation that, as Jesus Christ’s representatives, we all operate with the authority to recapture the territory stolen by the devil. We expect to be used by God to shine the light of Jesus Christ on all aspects of the world around us that contradict God’s kingdom values.
